My first trip had I bit of a challenge. But the service manager took care of it and treated me very well. Great management customer service. Would be a five star but it took the service manager to step in and do right by me.
I went in for a 150,000 mi scheduled maintenance and dropped it off in the early morning. I never got a notification that it was ready so I should up shortly before 5pm. The shop had never touched it. They rushed through it and only changed the oil and rotated the tires. While trying to adjust the wheel sensors, something happened and now i have a service alert and the tire sensors don't work.
Good communication. Repair was completed at the estimated time. Ok. Just say six more words.
My representative listed to my needs took notes and assured me that all issues would be investigated and addressed or noted.
Eddie went above and beyond. Called and in 5 days we had our dream car. Gave us the best experience. Showed us around like we were family. Took a few cars to find the one, but we are absolutely obsessed. Not only is he a wonderful friend he is also an honest car salesman.

I was told by the service manager that they would honor our oil change prices that we paid at Victor chevy after taking over the business. This has NOT happened and each visit they 'brag' about what they didn't charge us for yet the price is much higher than I used to pay at Victor Chevy!! So, exactly what am I getting for 'free'??? I'm going to look elsewhere for regular service from now on
Fantastic. $43 tire repair.....Wayne and Angel getting it done so I could get my wife back her $75k dollar suv to get my kids to a doctor appointment earns you guys the $1600 tire sale when I need new tires in 8k miles

The service department ordered the parts that I needed. Call me in two days later and schedule the appointment and had the vehicle fixed the day I brought it.
Ultimately very happy with the work done. Getting agreement on what to do and how to diagnose things was challenging though.
I returned a wrong part and wasn't refunded by vision. Chevrolet has a refund policy u didn't follow. Just gave me the run around

Wayne was great, he was able to get my car in last minute when I started having problems. He kept me informed of the situation and came up with a reasonable timeline. Explained what was wrong, suggested other things while he had it in there.

I had a 9 am appointment for an inspection.Waiting room was full. Obviously did not honor my appointment time. Took 1 1/2 hours. Desk person came out finally and said there was a little snag. My 2024 Equinox failed because he said a rear tire thread was borderline.He said I needed to purchase a $278 tire to pass.I took my car to your competition and they said tire was fine and passed inspection.I also ordered a passenger wiper blade.Cost was excessive over $40. Very poor experience from your dealership new to our neighborhood.

I was worried that things would be different after the change in ownership from Victor Chevrolet to Vision Chevrolet, but I am happy to say that the service on my 2001 Corvette was as excellent as always. As others have commented, I was glad to see Wayne was still writing the service orders, as he is both friendly and genuinely nice. Overall, a great experience at a dealership I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

front driver tire left at 13psi, rear driver 24psi front passenger, 21psi rear passenger 20psi. The truck was left unlocked the entire time at the dealership. It is a work truck. I did have majority of my stuff out of there but I did still have for hvac, 2 carrier main control boards under rear seats retail at over $1500 combined. Everything was still in the truck, but that is not the point. The issue about my key fob was not fully addressed. I would have paid for it to be diagnosed further in order to get it taken care of. Was fine. They were nice to offer water. Charging 6.99 for gloves and goggles as an extra line item for a tire rotation is stupid . Just have a price and don't play games with it . But I have some rewards to use so I'll be back

When I got into my car there was a VERY strong smell of perfume that was awful! It was several days before I could get it out of my upholstery! I was there for an inspection.

When I called to make the appointment, they told me it would take an hour and a half. The appointment ended up taking over three hours, and when I left, already late for work, the tire pressure sensor light was on.
